Wellbeing at sea

Transformative sea retreats in the Caribbean with Jens Dullies — head of the German Fasting Academy and a 20+ year integrative health expert. Fasting, breathwork, mindfulness and stress recovery, all aboard a luxury sailing catamaran.

The Programme

A holistic reset at sea

The retreat blends a proven approach to integrative health — fasting, breathwork, mindfulness, fascia training — with the serenity of sailing the Caribbean. Each day follows a structured rhythm: morning exercise, lectures and workshops, relaxation techniques, and evenings at anchor in quiet bays.

The model is rooted in salutogenesis: rather than treating illness, the programme actively strengthens health through movement, nutrition, rest and stress recovery. Jens has helped countless individuals recover from burnout through his fasting programmes, and the work translates beautifully to a yacht — the rhythm of the sea, the absence of digital noise, and the natural reset of being at anchor accelerate the work.

Standard programmes run six to seven days. Mornings cover assessments, lectures and active practice; afternoons are for cupping massage, meditation, reflection and rest. Evenings are quiet — dinner aboard or ashore at a chosen anchorage.

Common Questions

What guests ask first

Do I need to fast for the whole trip?
No. The fasting protocol is adjustable. Some guests do a full programme; others integrate shorter fasting days alongside lighter eating. Jens calibrates with you on day one.
Who is this for?
Individuals recovering from burnout, leaders seeking a reset, couples doing a shared programme, or small groups (a family, or a group of friends). Not designed as a clinical medical intervention.
How long is the programme?
Six to seven days is standard. Longer charters with the same programme are possible — the extra days are typically rest and integration.
What about meals?
The chef onboard prepares all meals — including fasting-aligned light meals, broths, and recovery menus on transition days. You will not go hungry; the structure is what matters.
Do I need to bring anything?
Comfortable clothing, swimwear, journaling materials if you like. Mats, cupping kit and any specialised equipment are provided.
