A floating retreat shaped around sunrise practice, breathwork and slow days at anchor. The yacht is your studio — sky for a ceiling, deck for a mat, ocean for the cold plunge. Practitioner curated per group, available at any of our destinations.

The Programme

A retreat shaped around the sea

Wellness charters work best when you let the yacht set the rhythm. We programme sunrise yoga or breathwork on deck, slow mornings on the water, a curated lunch, and an afternoon practice — pranayama, meditation, sound therapy, cold immersion. Evenings move between dinner ashore and quiet anchorages under the stars.

Every retreat is built around your group — a couple, a small circle of friends, a family wanting to reset together. We work with you on the arc of the week — where to anchor, when to push, when to rest — and brief the practitioner before they come on board so the programme is yours, not a generic schedule.

The practitioner stays on board for the full voyage and works alongside the yacht crew. The chef builds a menu around the practice — plant-led, juices and tisanes, lighter on practice days, more grounded on movement days. Wellness is the lens through which the whole charter is designed.

Before you book

Do I need yoga experience?

No. The practitioner adapts the practice to your group — first-time movers and seasoned practitioners can share the same deck. Sessions are optional, never mandatory.

Is it strictly plant-based?

The default menu is plant-led to support the practice, but the chef tailors the week to your preferences. Fresh fish from the day, ethical proteins where appropriate, dietary needs all accommodated.

Can we combine wellness with other activities?

Yes. Many guests want a softer wellness week with snorkelling, gentle hikes ashore, and unhurried meals — others want a deeper retreat with three sessions a day. Tell us where you want to sit on that spectrum.

How long should we go for?

A week is the natural minimum — it takes three or four days for the body to settle. Ten-day or two-week programmes go deeper. We can build a long-weekend taster if your time is shorter.
