Villa Sea Siren is a historic beachfront compound on Harbour Island, fully restored, extended and redecorated in 2025: a main house of 1950s mid-century lines and a separate guest cottage, set on a lawn that steps straight down onto Pink Sands Beach. Inside, furniture by Karl Springer, Curtis Jeré and Vladimir Kagan sits against contemporary art from the owner’s own collection.
Six bedrooms sleep twelve. Each morning the groundskeeper rakes the villa’s stretch of pink sand and sets out loungers, palm-thatched umbrellas and towels; the heated freshwater pool is wrapped in a wooden sun deck with daybeds, and wide wrap-around verandahs face the Atlantic sunrise. A butler serves through the day and the housekeeper cooks breakfast.
The main house holds four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the master opening onto the upper verandah over the sea; the guest cottage by the pool adds two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with its own living room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with Serena & Lily linens. Starlink Wi-Fi covers both buildings.
Living and dining rooms open onto the verandahs; there is an outdoor grill for local fish and lobster, a private gym with Peloton bike, weights and yoga mats, a hotel-sized generator and a private water supply.
A full-time house manager and butler (9 am to 5 pm), a daily housekeeper who prepares a complimentary breakfast (except Sundays), and a daily groundskeeper (except Saturdays) who rakes the beach and keeps the pool deck. Full concierge service for boats, tours and bonfires; a private chef can be arranged.

Harbour Island sits off the north-east tip of Eleuthera in the Bahamas: a three-mile pink-sand beach on the Atlantic side, golf carts instead of cars, and Dunmore Town’s pastel houses and restaurants at its centre. Sea Siren stands on the beach itself, its lawn stepping down onto the sand.
